What this notice covers

This notice describes the information OCEANS™ collects through oceansplatform.com and how it is used. It does not cover data submitted directly to OCEANS™ Sustainability by a customer under a separate agreement.

Information you provide to us

• Toolkit and guide requests: first name, work email, company, role, and current challenge, submitted when you request a gated resource.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Demo requests: the information you choose to submit through our demo request page.

How we use it

We use the information above to review and respond to your request, to send the resources you asked for, and — only if you separately opt in — to send occasional practical resources. We do not sell this information.

Analytics

We record aggregate page-view information (page, country, and referring site) for published blog content. This does not include the content of any form you submit.

How long we keep it

Toolkit and guide requests are retained for as long as needed to review and fulfill the request and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, after which they may be deleted on request.

Your choices

Marketing consent is separate from any request or submission — declining it does not affect whether your request is reviewed. You can ask us to delete information you have submitted by contacting us through our contact page.
